The Perfect Proposal

This last Thanksgiving, my girlfriend, our 3-year old son, and I were walking to get the mail so I could set up my "Perfect proposal." On the way back to the house we were talking about what we were most thankful for. We asked our son and he said of course, his toys. I told my girlfriend I was most thankful for health, a home, my job and thats it. When we made it up to the garage, I was preparing to finish telling her what I was most thankful for when she saw there was some little friends in our little one's nose. She proceeds to pick it out using her finger. While I am behind her, down on one knee, with the velvet zales ring box in my hand, with the 1-1/4 CT. T.W. I quickly stood up noticing she needed to go wash her hands, so she went into the house. I told our little one that when I get down on one knee, this is your one free time to use the camera and snap away.
So when she came back from the bathroom and we were standing outside with the sun beaming down, I got down on one knee and told her I was most thankful for her. I then asked her if she would spend the rest of her life with me and, you can guess by the pictures the little one took, she said YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks to our little genius photographer, my not so "perfect proposal" turned out to be just perfect after all.
